INSTRUCTIONS

Enclosed is a listing of the Video tapes that are available for all of our member shops to use. This library is maintained to help our member shops educate their employees and/or managers. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed and encouraged!!!

 

RULES & GUIDELINES

1. This program is free to all member shops. 2. Two (2) tapes maximum may be checked out at any one time. 3. All tapes and video T.V. machine must be returned after one week. 4. Deposits will be taken in check or cash and will be deposited after one week if materials have not been returned:

$ 20.00 per tape $ 150.00 Video T.V. set 100% refundable upon return

 

 

Please handle all items with care -- DO NOT DAMAGE!!!!
